The floors with resin screeds are the solution in the presence of flooring particularly degraded and where the bottom has to respond to strong mechanical stresses. The flooring will be made especially compact removing every area of crumbling. The screed resin with inert quartz make the layer particularly resistant to compression and the ravages of time.

Prepare the surface by shot-peening machine and milling machine (depending on the degradation and the type of floor to be covered).

Apply one coat of two-component epoxy date roller with function of primer and consolidator.

Drawing up of epoxy mortar made of a mixture of two component epoxy resin mixed with quartz spheroidal granulometric curve staggiata and subsequently left by mechanical fratazzatrice.

Knife application of hand to impregnation component epoxy resin loaded with quartz powder until obtaining the complete saturation of the screed.

Knife application of second coat of epoxy two-component self-leveling, colors chosen according to the RAL, loaded with quartz to obtain a surface with able-slip fit.
